If a product offered by Kidivo is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

3.3 Order Acceptance:

3.4 Payment:

• All orders must be prepaid. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Policy:

• We ship all days except Sundays, public holidays, and regional holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM are scheduled to ship the same day.

4.2 Shipping Charges:

• A flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹500. Shipping charges for orders weighing more than 3 kg will be based on actual weight. International shipping charges apply to all international orders.

4.3 Delivery Time:

• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders. For orders within Indore, delivery is usually within 1 business day.

4.4 Tracking:

• Tracking ID will be provided via WhatsApp and email. You can track your order on the respective courier partner’s website.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy:

• You have 07 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Certain items, such as party supplies, maps and charts, branded stationery, gift cards, vouchers, and discounts, are non-returnable.

5.2 Return Shipping:

• Return shipping charges are ₹70. These charges are non-refundable.

5.3 Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
