Refund and Returns Policy

Kidivo.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id through Contact us Form. We will notify you once your order has been cancelled.
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been initiated for the process of shipping.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

 

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We develop and sell products that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our products with this special guarantee. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refund will only be processed once we receive the product in intact condition as shipped. We won’t be refunding the amount for items which are used or if seal is broken, in this case, we will ship the item back to the buyer. Refunds are being processed within 7-14 business days period.

 

We will not accept any return/exchange made once this period has expired.


Before proceeding a return note that:

The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. it shall be unused and returned with all brand tags and original packaging

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. 

 

RETURN SHIPPING BY CUSTOMER

All returns must be sent to our warehouse within 20 calendar days from the date of raising the concern. For example, you received the product on 1st Jan and you found out that it is damaged or defected. You raised the concern to us on 7th January via email or phone. When you are shipping back the product, it must reach us latest by 27th January. If your return arrives on 28th January or late, we will only make 50% of the refund.

In the case of exchange, will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer.

If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, We will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.

PLEASE NOTE:

We will accept return only in case of damaged, defective or wrong product shipped.

All goods are shipped by reputed couriers. (Blue Dart, Delivery, DTDC and with Speed Post for remote locations). Products are expected to be delivered within 2- 8 days, once it leaves the Warehouse. All orders would be trackable.
