Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Time Frame: You have 07 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to:
Gift cards, vouchers, and discounts.
Party supplies such as balloons, banners, and party props.
Maps and charts.
Branded stationery items.
Perishable goods and personalized items.
Items marked as final sale.
Return Process:

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Packaging: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.
Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the Cost of Return Shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 02 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Policy
Processing Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Partial Refunds:

Exchanging Items:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to process the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, you may opt for a refund or choose a different product of equal value.
Return Shipping
Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
