Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

A: We offer standard, express, and overnight shipping options. For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies. Orders weighing more than 3 kg will be charged based on actual weight. Free shipping is available on select brands like Kidivo, Itoys, and Ratna’s.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. For orders within Indore, delivery is usually within 1 business day.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges apply to all international orders and will be calculated at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and email. You can use this ID to track your order on the respective courier partner’s website.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 07 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Certain items, such as party supplies, maps and charts, branded stationery, gift cards, vouchers, and discounts, are non-returnable.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost of ₹70.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
Q: Are all products on your website in stock?
A: We strive to keep all products in stock, but occasionally some items may become unavailable. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
