Shipping Destinations

1. Domestic Shipping:
   • We offer shipping across all locations within India.
2. International Shipping:
   • We ship to select international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the UAE. Shipping charges will apply to all international orders.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

1. Domestic Shipping:
   • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days. For Indore, delivery is within 1 business day. (Same Day*)
   • Orders placed before 12 PM are scheduled to ship the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays.
2. International Shipping:
   • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Shipping Costs

1. Domestic Shipping:
   • Flat Rate: A flat rate of ₹60 will be charged for orders below ₹500.
   • Free Shipping: Some brands like Kidivo, Itoys, and Ratna’s provide free shipping on all price ranges.
   • Heavy Shipments: Orders weighing more than 3 kg will be charged based on actual weight.
2. International Shipping:
   • Calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping

1. Return Shipping Costs:
   • Return shipping charges are ₹70 per item. These charges are non-refundable.

Order Processing

1. Processing Time:
   • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM are scheduled to ship the same day. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or regional holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Order Tracking:
   • Tracking ID will be provided via WhatsApp and email. You can track your order on the respective courier partner’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

1. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
   • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
2. Restricted Items:
   • Certain items may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations. You will be notified at checkout if any item in your cart is restricted.

Delays and Issues

1. Weather and Unforeseen Events:
   • While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time frames, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
2. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
   • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.

• Prepaid Orders Only: We accept only prepaid orders on our website.
• Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or refunded.
• Complete Customer Details Required: Please provide full details, including your email ID, phone number, and complete address with full PIN code, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
